Setup Kit (One-time)
We set up OpenClaw + your initial integrations so you can run your first real workflows immediately.
- Environment setup + baseline config (host checks, gateway health, directories)
- Install + verify up to 5 OpenClaw skills (from your chosen list)
- One “golden path” workflow wired end-to-end (e.g., inbox triage → summary → send)
- Handoff pack: runbook + troubleshooting + verification evidence
- Security checklist: least-privilege guidance + revocation steps
Setup Kit + Weekly Support
Everything in Setup Kit, plus ongoing async support to keep your automation stable and expanding.
- Weekly async check-in (ticket-based): 48h response SLA on weekdays
- Install/verify up to 2 new skills per month (or equivalent troubleshooting time)
- Continuous improvement: update your runbook when we change configuration
- Monthly health report: what ran, what failed, what we changed
Intake & authorization (async)
Start here. You’ll fill a short intake and then self-authorize integrations by clicking buttons. We do not ask for your passwords.
Tip: if you can’t share screenshots/files via email, paste them into a private GitHub Gist or secure file link.
What you must provide
- Target machine details (Mac/Linux), and how OpenClaw will run (your host or a dedicated machine)
- A list of 3–5 workflows you want first (we’ll pick one “golden path” to deliver)
- OAuth approvals for the integrations you choose (Google/Slack/Notion/etc.)
- If self-hosting: a way to share logs/screenshots when something fails
What we won’t do (scope boundaries)
- No phone calls / Zoom / live debugging sessions
- No building custom software products (this is configuration + setup + docs)
- No invasive access: we won’t ask for your passwords or full admin access unless explicitly required
- No compliance/legal guarantees (we provide practical security guidance only)
- No long-running “always-on” agents unless you opt into weekly support and explicitly request it
Purchase process (Stripe)
- Buy via Stripe (link on this page). You’ll receive an automated receipt.
- We email you an intake link + checklist within 1 business day.
- Once intake + authorizations are complete, delivery starts immediately.
If the Stripe link is not yet live, email support@tutuoai.com and we’ll send the checkout link.
Refund policy (draft)
If we cannot complete the Setup Kit due to factors under our control, we’ll refund 100%. If we’re blocked because intake/authorizations are not provided within 14 days, we’ll close the project and refund 50% (to cover time spent). Weekly Support is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime; unused future time is not billed.

Privacy & data handling (practical)
- We only request the minimum data required to configure and verify your workflows.
- Prefer OAuth scopes with least privilege (read-only when possible).
- We do not store your passwords. For OAuth, you click the authorization buttons yourself.
- Any API keys you provide are stored only where needed for the setup and can be revoked anytime.
- We will share verification evidence (commands + outputs) so you can audit what was done.
