Refund Policy
We sell small, instant-delivery digital packs. We try to make it obvious what you’re buying, keep delivery deterministic, and keep the risk low.
7-day refunds (plain language)
- Full refund within 7 days if the download link is broken, or the pack materially doesn’t match its on-page description.
- If you bought the wrong pack and haven’t used it, email us — we’ll usually refund or swap.
- We can’t offer refunds for “I changed my mind” after files are delivered and used — but we will always fix broken delivery fast.

What we need
- Your Stripe receipt email (or the checkout session id).
- The SKU name (product page URL is fine).
- What was broken / mismatched (1–2 sentences).
