What It Does

Full issue-to-PR pipeline: fetches issues from a GitHub repo (with label/milestone/assignee filters), spawns a coding sub-agent to implement each fix in a temp directory, opens a PR, then watches for review comments and spawns followup agents to address them. Turns a backlog of issues into merged PRs autonomously. Complex multi-step pipeline that would take 5+ research rounds to replicate.
