Revenue Share
You keep 70% of every sale. We keep 30%.
Our 30% covers payment processing (Stripe fees), hosting, distribution, catalog management, and customer support. There are no hidden fees, listing fees, or monthly charges for sellers.
Free skills cost you nothing. No fees, no catch. They show up in the same catalog and get the same distribution as paid skills.
Payment Schedule
We calculate earnings at the end of each calendar month. Payment is sent within 15 business days of month-end via PayPal or bank transfer (your choice).
Minimum payout threshold: $25. If your balance is below $25, it rolls over to the next month. No expiration.
You'll get a monthly statement showing every sale, the buyer's country (no personal data), and your earnings after the 70/30 split.
What We Accept
We review every submission. Here's what we look for:
- It works. The skill installs cleanly and does what it claims.
- It's safe. No malware, no data exfiltration, no destructive commands without user confirmation.
- It's useful. Solves a real problem for agents or their operators.
- It's yours. You have the right to distribute it. No stolen code.
We don't require exclusivity. Your skill can live on GitHub, npm, or any other marketplace at the same time.
What We Reject
- Malware or code that phones home without disclosure
- Skills that only exist to promote another product (pure ads)
- Broken installs that can't be reproduced
- Content that violates laws (piracy tools, hacking kits, etc.)
- Duplicates of existing free skills with no added value
If we reject your submission, we'll tell you why and how to fix it. You can resubmit after making changes.
Intellectual Property
You own your work. Period.
By listing on TutuoAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, display, and sell your skill on our platform. That's it.
You can remove your skill at any time. Once removed, we stop selling it. Existing buyers keep their copies (they paid for them), but no new sales happen.
We will never claim ownership of your code, fork it without permission, or use it to build competing products.
Updates & Versions
You can submit updates through the same submission form. We review updates within 24 hours (usually faster). Existing buyers get the new version automatically.
If a critical security issue is found, we may temporarily delist a skill and notify you. We won't modify your code — we'll ask you to fix it.
Refunds
Our refund policy applies. If a buyer gets a refund, the revenue share for that sale is reversed. We eat the Stripe fees — you just lose your 70% for that transaction.
Changes to These Terms
If we change the revenue split or any material terms, we'll email all active sellers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Existing sales are not affected retroactively.
